All my soaps are meticulously handcrafted. From selecting the best ingredients to experimenting with essential oils for a fragrance to designing the appearance. Each soap is a unique bar of art. All soap designs change when new batches are made. Every soap is made from repeatedly tried and true soap recipes to assure a high-quality product. All Botanical Soap Kitchen soaps are both cleansing and moisturizing for your skin. I’m honored to have a loyal following who tell me my soaps are so appreciated, "they are gold”.

A few things you might like to know:

For quality control, I work in small batches and cannot produce large orders at this time. Most batches will yield up to 10 bars. As with all handmade goods, there are variables. For example, the weight of my soap bars varies slightly from batch to batch. When weight is listed in the description, it is from the lightest bar in that batch. Soap prices are set based on the current price of ingredients, bar weight, and craftsman’s (me!) time to execute. Quality organic essential oils are more expensive than fragrance oils and prices sometimes fluctuate. Rather than a factor in all variables and come up with a higher price that would cover every circumstance, we price each batch individually.

I do my best to describe the scent of soaps and products in their description, but we as people have a different perception due to each individual’s unique sense of smell. I’ve had a great response to all my scents and I hope you’ll enjoy yours.

My soaps are crafted to produce a rich and creamy lather that is remarkably stable. If you like to use a sponge or hand cloth when bathing, you’ll notice more bubbles, but the lather will still be dense and creamy. All soap colors are natural and as such, they may bleed but will not stain. Botanical Soap Kitchen soaps are best kept dry and away from water when not in use. We recommend a soap tray with great drainage.

I cure my soaps for many weeks before placing them on the market. This makes for a harder bar that should last longer. I personally test a sample of each batch before selling any of our soaps.

US shipping only. 3 or more items ship USPS Priority. 1 to 2 items ship USPS First Class. When payment has cleared, I ship on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesday only at this time. Keep in mind that during the warmer months your soap may be slightly soft due to heat exposure during shipping. Just place in a dry cool place out of sunlight and the soap will quickly return to its hard state. I have had shipments sit in mailboxes for over 5 hours in 102-degree heat without any issues.
